I'm not so sure, although I guess it depends on the ideology.

What is Trump's ideology? It's "yay me!!!" Look what's happening in the repub party. If you are not in lockstep with Trump, you're leaving of your own accord or you're defeated in primaries. The repub party is starting to look like a party with a 1 plank platform, which is "Oh Donny you just slay me!!".

Which I think opens up the potential ramifications to almost anything, compared with someone who at least has an ideological compass, and things he wants to achieve. What ever Trump wants to achieve, it's all about him, and suffice to say, I've never rooted for the checks and balances on executive power in this country as much as I am now.
